Posting here to close the loop. The judge found Miller guilty of trespass in his trial on May 30, 2025. His sentencing includes:
* 90-day probation
* pay court costs of prosecution
* mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment
* no contact with school district during probation

Miller’s federal suit failed with a full dismissal of all his claims. Qualified immunity was granted in the judge’s final ruling.
Miller had named Anthony Falgiatore, Melissa Falgiatore, and Joseph Rzonca as co-plaintiffs in a supplemental filing. The judge denied the supplemental filing.

Just a few questions that come to mind.

Is Ryan Miller really an Amendment 14 citizen of the United States federal government?

If he is then how did he acquire this federal citizenship as a person?

All men are supposed to have been born equally FREE and independent of government other than to God’s government to which all men are subject.

Citizens are MEMBERS of a political community who have VOLUNTARILY submitted themselves to the dominion or absolute control of the government.

When did Ryan Miller ever knowingly with intention voluntarily submit himself to the absolute control of the United States federal government as a “person” or to any other earthly secular government at any level?

Simply claiming to be a citizen does not make you one but it does create the presumption that you KNOW you are what you claim to be.

Brother, I am prayerful that those who claim discernment, will seek truth. Your timing could not be more perfect (Well, I submit it’s God’s timing) as this will be added to the Supplemental Complaint I am filing tomorrow.
